Test results, including the exact values of ratings released by the Civil Service Commission (CSC), are FINAL AND IRREVERSIBLE. The CSC does NOT implement re-checking of test results in all types of civil service examinations, nor does it apply any mathematical rounding of decimal values on ratings. No individual report of rating shall be mailed to examinees; all ratings must be generated online via OCSERGS.
